Hyundai Motor India has launched its new sub-compact SUV, the Exter, in India today. The Exter is priced starting at ₹6 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India).

The Exter is powered by a 1.2-liter petrol engine that produces 82 hp and 113 Nm of torque. It is available with a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT transmission.
The Exter is available in six single-tone colour options and three dual-tone options. It is also available with a factory-fitted CNG kit.
The Exter is equipped with a number of features, including sunroof, a 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 6-speaker sound system, a rearview camera, and a hill-hold assist system.
