As of February 10, 2024, Google One, the cloud storage subscription service by Google, has achieved a significant milestone, surpassing 100 million subscribers. Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google and Alphabet, shared this accomplishment on X (formerly Twitter), marking a momentous occasion for the tech company’s subscription services.

Launched in 2018, Google One offers cloud storage plans starting at $1.99 per month, providing 100GB of shareable storage for up to five users. Subscribers in the United States enjoy additional benefits, including access to Google’s VPN service. Subscribers to the AI Premium Plan gain access to advanced AI features, including Google’s AI assistant, Gemini, slated for integration with core Google services like Gmail, Docs, and Slides.
